Abstract

It is rational to prepare feed additives based on straw-mushroom substrates used for feeding farm animals according to a scheme that includes the following operations: collection and loading of straw-mushroom substrate → grinding → dosing → mixing with soybean processing products and crushed root crops with simultaneous redistribution of moisture between the components mixtures → pressing → drying of granules or briquettes. To obtain feed pellets that are homogeneous in composition and moisture content, it is necessary to perform high-quality mixing and redistribution of moisture between the components of the mixture. It was found that the implementation of the process of redistribution of moisture between the components was possible when they interact with digital working bodies, as well as when moving with a screw working body. The regression equations for the mixing process with the simultaneous redistribution of moisture between the components in the production of feed additives for farm animals based on straw-mushroom substrate were obtained, the degree of influence of factors on the process under study was determined, and the optimal values of the technological parameters of the process and design-mode parameters of the mixer-sealant were determined.
