The study aims to improve oil flax cultivation technology in the Lower Volga region, where the crop is characterized by low competitiveness with weeds. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the biological effectiveness of various herbicides, as well as the effect of the growth regulator "Albit", on the productivity and oil yield of the Itil oil flax variety. Results showed that the highest biological effectiveness (96.5%) was after application of three herbicides Tornado + Alsion + Graminion combined with the growth regulator "Albit" at a dose of 0.1 l/ha. The maximum yield was also after application of these herbicides, amounting to 1.27 t/ha. Oil yield was also highest with this combination of agrochemicals, amounting to 0.47 t/ha.
