Before submitting, please review the guidelines provided here and then register for an account (or log in if you already have an account).

Article Preparation
- The article must be in one of the scientific specialties for which the journal accepts manuscripts (Journal Sections).
- This article has not been previously published and has not been submitted for review and publication in another journal (or an explanation for this is provided in the Comments to the Editor).
- The text complies with the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the "Guidelines for Authors" section.
- A properly formatted research article should not exceed 20 pages, and a review article should not exceed 30 pages.
- The majority of bibliographic sources cited in the manuscript should be no more than 10 years old.
- No more than 20% of the reference list is to the author(s).
- The manuscript does not contain plagiarism or self-plagiarism. The originality of the text of the work (excluding citations and self-citations) is at least 80%.
- All authors consent to the processing of personal data.
- All authors consent to submit the article to the journal.

Authors publishing in this journal agree to the following:
